Billing & Policies Overview
Simple, Predictable Billing
Each plan includes a one-time $5,000 Professional Launch & On-boarding Fee and is part of your annual investment. The remaining annual investment is spread evenly across 12 monthly payments.
• Month 1 = on-boarding fee + first month subscription
• Months 2–12 = flat monthly subscription
Rollover & Cancellation Policy
Unused hours roll over only if the subscription renews.
Early cancellation requires payment for hours used plus one additional month.
• Pro & Elite: Unused hours are forfeited at cancellation
• World Class: Remaining hours may be used for up to 3 months (services stop during this period)
